1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and personal care accessories cannot be returned.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will:
- Send you an email notification confirming the status of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for size issues (clothes, bags, jewellery fit). To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Shipping of Returns
We use Shiprocket (our trusted delivery partner) to facilitate reverse pickups in most locations. In case reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images at dhimkacare@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
